Initiation

  1. Manual Entry Forms: Forms & Templates to create new messages related to movement of money or securities.
  2. Smart Forms: Reference data support for minimizing data entry and for validation.
  3. Integrate with source systems: Eliminate re-keying of data. Prepare new messages and instructions from messages received in any format, protocol or schedule.
  4. Capture from Networks: Receive from Swift, FIX, ETC etc., and create subsequent messages as required by interested parties or counterparties.

Pre-Processing Services

  1. A series of processing services that ensures including but not limited to validation, PDM check, compliance check, etc. for qualifying data that has to be subject to further processing.
  2. Minimize the risk of having to do cancel-correct and similar activities that can be expensive.

How can I minimize breaks and ensure that all my trades will settle?

The IMS Trade Settlement Module will capture Status Messages and updates trade status at real-time.
The API calls to Swift Securities View will bring Status from all parties and assists in Early Intervention.

How can I ensure that the counterparties will accept my messages?

IMS prepares messages following counterparty preferences driven by reference data tables whereby format (MT/MX/CSV/XML/Excel) are identified as well as preferred method of representing field values (example: ISIN/CUSIP, BIC/Address/ID, etc.) can be set differently for each party.

How can I qualify my messages prior to transmission?

IMS pre-processing services does network validation, PDM check, filters, compliance check, etc., and extends dashboards and interface for approvals, release mechanism etc.

Do I need Swift Connectivity or BIC for participating in Post Trade Processing?

No. ECS offers Swift Service Bureau or Swift API for connectivity and BIC for transmission
