Banking Network

ECS is connected to tier 1 banks globally via Swift, SFTP, API etc. Such connections can be utilized by corporate customers to submit their payment requests and for receiving and processing responses and statements. Such connections can also be used by other banks that would utilize your services as an intermediary or correspondent.

Custodians & Prime Brokers

ECS is connected to tier 1 custodians and prime brokers globally for sending out settlement instructions and for receiving Corporate Action Notifications . Such connections can be utilized by corporate customers to submit their payment requests and for receiving and processing responses. It can also be used by other banks that would utilize your services as an intermediary or correspondent.

Central Bank Connections

ECS has developed adapters to exchange payment and securities messages with the central banks of various countries. These adapters are also backed up with message processing workflows that will allow movement of money and/or securities as data get exchanged as requests, responses, queries, answers, acceptance, rejection etc. These adapters can be broadly categorized to represent the following type of transactions

Swift Contingency Program

ECS’ direct connection with banks, custodians, prime brokers and money managers is used by some of our customers as a contingency plan, an alternate to Swift connectivity. These networks are also used by larger customers of ECS who exchange large number of messages daily with few counterparties (statements), to reduce the overall data transmission costs.
